Amazing!!! I had never been that better that fast after a lumbar pain… it usually takes about 2 weeks to get better and about 1 month to get back to normal. This time after the first appointment I was already able to walk and bend and 5 days later for my second appointment I had 0 pain and pretty much back to normal life 😃 I even got many tips to start running again!
Very professional approach, the main focus is on the patient and making sure the results are there to stay. After the first session, my neck and shoulder pain were greatly reduced, I even felt like «back in the days», before my injury. I would definitly recommand Dr. Simon Tanguay to anyone in pain. There is hope!
I saw Dr Simon along with several other health practitioners a few years ago for this chronic neck/shoulder tension I had. I could still live my life no issues but I wanted to resolve this stiffness & pain while I was young - clearly an indication something was not working optimally.
It improved but only marginally - my case was difficult. I decided to see him again this year and his new techniques and "discovery" methods to figure out what is shutting down and why, I've seen some progress. He's continuously learning and very passionate about figuring out the human body and how to heal it. He is a chiro in practice but has a lot of other valued skillsets in applied kinesiology which come in handy when trying to solve a problem and really applying the right solution to your problem.
I will say the biggest thing that you can do is also assess yourself if something is wrong and why since you may miss details to bring up in your session. I have done so the last 2 years and started piecing things together. I would tell every health practitioner I would see (masso, osteo, chiro) and I'd see incremental improvements doing so and I'm hoping eventually it will finally resolve the issue.
He is passionate about what he does, which means sometimes he'll run 10-15 minutes late, but also means he'll spend the right time with you. Just means, don't schedule something too tight right after your appointment in case this does happen.
