My experience with DLVRD has been perfect mostly due to Matthew Varjas, our account representative. I have rarely come across someone as efficient. Calls or emails are always promptly returned and Matthew is always keen on finding solutions to any problems. He is also very polite and patient. Every company should be so lucky to have within it's organization one as competent as Matthew.

Fantastic organization! DLVRD has amazing customer service. They are so friendly over the phone and answered all my detailed questions about what I needed to ship. I was answered right away and everything was taken care of. Their website is super friendly and very easy to navigate. I would recommend DLVRD to anyone that needs to ship anything in a timely manner with friendly backup as customer service.

Working with DLVRD now for a couple years and I have to say Shannon and Mike are awesome, Customer Service has never been an issue for me and they always go above and beyond to ensure I get confirmations and communications in a timely manner and in some cases they just follow up and it is a nice change to have a supplier who cares just as much as you do to ensure your packages arrive on time and you have all the information you need even with challenges it doesn't seem so bleak with this company.
