On the day of the move, our movers made sure all of our items that needed to be protected were covered and also offered possible strategies to save time, which in turn would save us money. We had 2 couches that wouldn't fit through the stairwell, they hoisted them over our balcony no problem in no time at all and even put our BBQ back out for us. Very friendly and helpful and quick. Will definitely call them next time we do a full move!
