I called them to get the original spare parts to repair my customer's AC. I was told that they would deliver a retrofit non-original and that it would take 24 hours to confirm if they had the needed parts in stock. It's over 48 hours and I'm still waiting for a call from them just to confirm stock, even knowing that my customer's AC was repaired 41 hour ago. I give three stars and not one because the install was good and the machine is there for more then 10 years but with parts unavailable it would sit broken for God knows how long.

Once again excellent service, this is the 3rd unit I install with this company on a different property and once again excellent service. Team was on time, did the install. Very professional and efficient. Will do business again with them.

Not sure how I would have gotten through the summer without this system. This system has worked amazing for 6 years now. Their support team is really great because they can help you with issues over the phone without coming to your house. The interior system is gorgeous and quiet. The prices are very affordable compared to the rest of the market and their estimates are honest. Huge thank you to the customer service team and the spare part department for their help. Great team, great product, no complaints! Take care of your systems and it will be worth it!

Both of our Montréal facilities carry North Cool systems and they are fantastic and long lasting. The service is quick, the communication with the staff is great and they always make sure everything is functioning properly. If you have a commercial building, I highly recommend this company. Very professional and caring about their clients needs. All our clients are satisfied with the way our air conditioning works, especially during the insanely hot summer days. I’ve had this system since 2007 and it has been working great for 11 years, which is AMAZING!! Before that, I had an LG that could not even last 3 years.

Even when I had a minor problem in 2018, North Cool had all the spare parts needed and fixed everything in a matter of minutes. Really great service and everything was done super quick. Huge thank you to Andrei and his team.
