Very helpful staff and relatively good selection of items. What I was looking for was on the second floor, but they had no electricity at or and I was with my 7 month old in a stroller. A staff member happily went to get the item upstairs for me. Very kind and nice people work there.

The customer service is excellent. Gilles, the guy specializing in wood and all woodwork is amazing. Overall, all staff at this location and at the one on Notre Dame are amazing. Higley recommends the store

Excellent service, all employees were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied. Probably my best hardware store experience ever.

Really great service. People were very thoughtful and kind. Helped us even on a holiday Monday. Wish I could put more than 5 stars.
