In short, Boris and his team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. My old AC unit died in the middle of the current heat wave. He sent a couple of his guys over and they diagnosed and fixed it very quickly. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained everything they did in detail. Very happy. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
