What a breath of fresh air it was to work with BRILLMAT. Both Daniel who came to prepare an estimate and then oversee the work and Marcel who came to present the offer along with the tangible goods were respectful polite and professional. Every question was explained thoroughly and efficiently. Marcel came back several times (always in good humour) to present us with a revised contract according to our needs and wishes. During the time that the installation was taking place both gentlemen put in an appearance to oversee the work and were always only a phone call away. Every problem that arose was dealt quickly and efficiently. A thorough clean up took place throughout the project and at the end. I am most satisfied with BRILLMAT's quality of marchandise, workmanship and personnel. BOTH DANIEL AND MARCEL DELIVERED MORE THAN WHAT THE CONTRACT STIPULATED. THIS IS SO RARE TODAY.
