Very good sushi! A nice addition to Ile Bizard. The sushi was very fresh and rice was perfectly cooked. The sushi pizza and wraps were delicious. I would order from them again!
The best sushi ever and the owners are so nice! The crunchy wrap is my favorite and I try something new every time. I have yet to be disappointed:) today it was their new calamari. It is a must have
Surpassed expectations is an understatement. Top 3.0 web experience to order and Delicious food in the end. Thank you sushi shin and welcome to the neighborhood!#NoRiceGuy
Very nice sushi and poke bowls. The futomaki are exceptionally large and flavorful, they were almost tough to eat in a single bite. The poke bowls have a great sauce and are sized decently, though probably not large enough to make an entire meal out of one. All of the ingredients were very fresh and it was a very enjoyable meal.
I was somewhat skeptical of trying out this place because of its "non restaurant" feel/look from the exterior. When we tried ordering from two of our regular West Island favourites on Saturday night, the wait was minimum 1 1/2 hours and it was 6:45 pm.
I decided to give Shin a try and the Google ratings also helped that decision. The wait was 35 minutes for an assorted order.
Poke bowl, burrito, various other "non tempura" based sushi and my wife and I were so pleasantly surprised. Some of the selection was in fact superior to what we usually order elsewhere. Freshness throughout was the dominant thing we found.
The fact that it's right here on the island as well is a bonus.
Will definitely return without any hesitation. Keep up the great work.
