(June 10, 2021, 12:49 am)I bought a house in May and from the first heat wave in the same week as the move, the heat pump froze, then was doing short cycles repeatedly. The ventilation zones were not working. The guys came despite the call overload when I explained it was 29 in my young baby's room! They went the extra mile that night and are dispatched long past the curfew limit!
