Their products are fine, have a nice variety and have good customer service, except a bit on Fridays. If you place an order late Thursday or Friday morning (I’ve done it quite a few times) you should expect your order to be processed until next week. I don’t really expect my order to ship on the same day, but at least I would like to be able to have all set-up (like payment) so it could be sent Monday morning. It can be frustrating when you need a remedy ASAP.

Quite recently they have improved customer service. They sent me one wrong product and I emailed so very next day I got right product without any charge. Really great job, Abby was contact person. Since previous few customer service issues I had with them that's why I did not put 5 stars. Keep such ideal customer service then 5 stars will be well deserved.

My experience with Homeocan has been excellent. The products, which are homeopathic, work wonders for my family. The children never fight taking the medicine because of the delicious Kids 0-9 flavors! The whole family is a big fan! Thank you, Homeocan
