We have retained the services of Voyages Optimistes to do a river cruise from Moscow to St-Petersburg as well as a sea cruise from Buenos Aires to Santiago. We had excellent service in both cases. French-speaking guide during the trip as well as local guides who speak French well and are very interesting to listen to. Very good value for money.

I haven't gone to the agency directly, but I get their emails. Several interesting offers. They have a lot of experience especially in cruises.
