Best service ever! I had a defective central vacuum and Tony was very helpful and recommended the best for me. Installation was easy. I bought the Central Vacuum Johnny Vac - JV700LS - Silent - 700 Airwatts. Very silent and the bags will be easy to replace and service the machine. Many thanks.

For those who saw my previously negative review, Johnny Vac turned out to be very busy and understaffed due to the pandamic.
Support did get back to me a few days later, provided the replacement part same day at their expense, and had the Floor Scrubber repaired under warranty.

I have been using these filters for 3 years now and they are great. With 2 dogs and 2 cats it's amazing how much fir the filter collects. If your filter is only 1 inch thick these are a must have!

Excellent products and awesome customer service! Great company to deal with! Had a issue with my vacuum and Dimitri was very helpful to get my issue resolved! It’s always nice finding a company that makes good products and even better when they stand behind their products and the process goes so smoothly. I highly recommend their vacuums!
