Excellent communication. I had updates and photos every step of the way. He really knows what he's doing. Our old cherry floors look even better than new. He even suggested an appropriate varnish to resist our 2 dogs. Got 2 whole floors done in 2 days. He was able to have an estimate the day after I called and started working only 2 days later. Very, very satisfied.
