**Beware! Terrible Experience with Liquidation Electro - A Nightmare Purchase**
I am compelled to share my harrowing experience with Liquidation Electro, where I purchased a JennAir oven on September 4th, 2023. The troubles began on November 25th when the oven malfunctioned, refusing to heat up, emitting a disturbingly loud noise, and leaving the lights on even with the door securely closed.
I initially sought help from Marcello, the salesman I interacted with on Facebook Marketplace. Despite his initial responsiveness, the situation quickly turned into a nightmare. Marcello suggested a breaker reset, which proved futile. Promises of technician contact went unfulfilled, and when pressed for updates, Marcello claimed it was out of his hands.
Frustrated, I engaged a repair company, only to discover the oven had previous service history, conveniently omitted during the sale. The cooling fan was improperly fixed, posing a potential fire hazard, damaging the power supply board, and melting the speaker. Shockingly, the repair bill reached $1,800.
Upon contacting Alberto, the supposed owner, he initially promised reimbursement for the diagnostic invoice and pledged to pursue the required parts. However, after days of unfulfilled promises and unanswered calls, Alberto ceased communication, leaving me in the dark. Despite Marcello’s claim that Alberto was the sole contact, I am now left without recourse.
This company is a dishonest and negligent establishment, employing deceptive tactics to make sales while abandoning customers in distress. My $1,500 oven purchase turned into a financial nightmare, and I caution anyone considering purchasing from them to steer clear. It's a regrettable experience, and this company should be held accountable for its unethical business practices.
