I booked the appointment a few weeks before and that part went smoothly.

A few days before the move, Ron asked if we can move the time from 9Am to 10AM. I agreed and no worries there.

The day of the move they ended up showing up at 12:45PM instead of 10AM. So over 2 and a half hours late.

Ron explained that some issues came up and he ended up bringing a 3rd helper to compensate but only charged me for 2, which is appreciated.

His helpers were very friendly and professional and worked quickly. A+ workers.

Originally Ron didn't want to wrap the couches since he was running late for other jobs after mine. I insisted they wrap them since protecting the furniture was the whole reason I paid for movers and not just get a buddy to help me move them.

The job ended up taking 2 hours total as the workers worked pretty quickly. A+ for this part.

I give 5+ stars for the workers that Ron brought and compensating for the late arrival by bringing a3rd person and only charging me for 2.

I give 3 stars for showing up 2.5 hours late and not wanting to wrap the furniture until I said that it was not optional for me.

So 4 stars total.

Would I repeat? While I understand that Ron must have been stressed by being late and probably having the other customers after me also adding to the stress, I didn't feel at ease with our interactions and communication.

Ron has a great crew working with him! These guys were all-stars; super friendly, careful and thoughtful, and almost more importantly, quick and efficient. They even had tools with them to help take apart my bedframe (because I had packed my own) and had forgotten to take it apart ahead of time. They didn't flinch and just worked.

I moved July 1st this year, which is always a horrible time to move, in addition to that, it was like 40 degrees with the humidity. Ron and his team literally BEASTED through the move. Honestly, I will never use another moving company ever again. These ares are amazing.

Moving is really crappy but these guys actually made it fun. If you need a mover you HAVE to try these guys I promise you ! 10/10.

Eric, Davey and Ron were top notch: quick, efficient, professional and friendly..we actually had FUN moving! They were incredibly respectful of my floors and belongings and despite the horrific condition of my place when they arrived they were all smiles, even though I had to get them to do all kinds of extra stuff like remove my doors, take apart my bedset, even run me to the bank to pay them! Standup guys, and affordable, too. Would recommend NO OTHERS now that I've seen what these guys are capable of.
