I was a tenant back in 2k17 and now looking back to move again to one of their Apts. Overall very professional and nice company. I had a rat problem because back in time there was a rat infestation in Montreal. However, I was managed to find the owner of the company and close the gap under the sink. I'd say very good value, clean and proper properties they have.
I lived on one of their properties in NDG for a year and never had a problem with them. They are courteous, polite and efficient with maintenance on site who work hard to make everything safe and presentable. My cousin lived in the unit before me, then I moved in and then my brother moved in after I did. I have zero complaints.
They gave us a new fridge. New smoke detector. Very satisfied!
Best Rental Management Company ever. I loved my apartment. on Westmore Ave. and whenever I needed anything fixed, it was done right away. It was a great experience. And I highly recommend them.
