Richard is great; personable, straight-forward, reasonably priced and honest, he even followed up with me later on since he wasn't happy with not being able to find the problem the first time. I've been distrustful of laptop repair shops since I've had more than a few bad experiences, but I'd trust Richard with any of my laptops.

I took my sluggish HP laptop to have Richard reinstall Windows 7 and he did a thorough job of it. He knows what he's doing at a very reasonable price. He also added a number of software programs and offered some great advice. He goes above and beyond the service required, including cleaning the hardware to get rid of dust. The turnaround time was very fast and I highly recommend him for any computer problems or as an alternative place to recycle your computers, cell or other phones, cables or other electronics, which he will gladly take off your hands. On top of that Richard is very approachable and a great conversationalist!

I would recommend Richard to anyone who needs work done on their computer. Richard was not only able to do a full virus check for me in 24 hours, but did a professional dusting AND gave me a cheat sheet on how to scan for viruses myself in the future- for only $90! You'd think he wouldn't want to do that so he'd get more repeat business, but I really appreciated it.

It just goes to show that he's not some mindless employee doing a job, but genuinely cares about helping people fix their computer problems. If I ever have any computer problems again I will definitely go back.

Richard was amazing and really knows his stuff. I had a computer virus. He went out of his way to make sure everything was running well again and even stayed late to make sure I got my computer back when needed. Fair price and great service! I would happily recommend!

I brought in my Toshiba laptop for diagnostics. My hard drive needed replacing and Richard suggest that I update to Windows 7. Richard didn't have a drive in stock, but told me how much I should expect to pay for a new one. He even explained how to change it by myself. He didn't even charge me his $20 minimum, which I already found to be extremely reasonable.

Richard is very approachable and very fair. I'd urge all to consider his expertise and honesty that is second to none!
