Complexe funéraire Mont-Royal / Mount Royal Funeral Complex

The experience you will have will be largely dependent on the funeral director you are assigned at onset. The 2 funerals I planned in the last 3 years were on opposite ends of the spectrum. One was a nightmare of lack of communication, knowledge, delays and contracting mistakes resulting in over 4 months of organizing and finalizing a service! My most recent experience was wonderful, a 2 week easily planned, simple process that resulted in a lovely, confidently planned beautiful service in the chapel with organist and priest. Extra accommodation was provided to me to keep the chapel for some extra time . A beautiful facility and grounds, not outdated at all; and not overly pricey for the location and services......

Les employés nous ont accueilli avec plein d'empathie, ils ont été à l'écoute de nos besoins et de nos volontés. Et que dire de la beauté des lieux! Les funérailles de mon père ont été absolument grandioses, à l'image de l'homme qu'il a été.
