If something is not right, they will do all they can to make it right. I live in the USA and their communication with me is always first rate. If they can save me a few dollars (like when they know the best shipping option) they always try to help. If you are open with them about your level of skill as a magician, the type of magic you like, and your budget they will give you excellent guidance on what products are a good fit for you. They will also help you pick out educational videos and books which will help you improve your skills. However they also respect your wishes.
