100% recommend Hanan as an instructor. She is very calm in stressful situations, her explanations are clear and she prepares you well for the exam. She makes you feel very comfortable. The receptionist Kym is the sweetest girl, she booked me a last minute class when they were booked for the whole month. Don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Thank you!!!
