I took my pup in for her vaccines today. All the staff are following hygiene rules to the "T". I never had to touch a door, and they touched only the dog. We did handle papers, but I certainly felt quite safe! The puppy was nervous but they were able to offer ways to calm her, safely.

They are very kind and caring at this hospital. They are also very organized and will call you to confirm your appointment the day before. My cat has been sick and tests needed to be done, they called me to let me the know the results as soon as possible so that further steps can be taken. The Doctors will always go over what they think is a good route to take and will always give you an approximate price. in terms of price, it is a bit pricy but a lot of vets are as expensive and understand that it's because they are the experts and trust them with my beloved pet.

Great service , very friendly , didn't try and add charges, didn't use any fear tattics to guilt us into paying for extra tests. Buffy (dog) is doing great :) #greatvet #dogs #vet

Cannot say enough how happy I am that this is my vet. Everyone who works here is very friendly, for when your cat or dog is going through something outside regular hours, they have emergency services . They have Physiotherapy for your pet after any surgery or injury. Never had anything but a pretty positive experience here... I only say pretty because it's still a vet, and our cat doesn't like coming here
