When it comes to helium and other miner gateways and hotspots only place for me to do business with. These guys are awesome. They treat you a special one. And the best about them is after sale customer service. Bottom line. You not going wrong with them.

I absolutely adore this company. I bought 3 bobcat miners from them last year. It took 2 days for my order to arrive. All 3 of my miners have mine more that 75 HNTs since then. I am super thankful to JD because he was the one who helped me through my whole setup. He is very patient and til this day he still answers any of my questions. I would definitely recommend buying from them. Over all a 5 star company!

I recently purchased two refurbished Bobcat miners from Helium Deploy, and I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service that I received, particularly in transferring ownership of the miners to me.

Once I received the miners, I was a bit nervous because I noticed that ownership still had to transfer to me. No worries, Helium Deploy had my back!

After I emailed my dilemma to the company, I promptly received a call from Georges H, who courteously and exceptionally handled the process to my great satisfaction. Georges told me that he would email me specific instructions as to how transfer of ownership can be completed. I promptly received the email and followed the instructions in it

One day later, I received a follow-up call from Georges. From Canada, Georges verified that my miners were online (per the instructions that I followed in his email), and, while on the phone, he completed the ownership transfer. While on the phone, almost in real time, I saw the ownership transfer notifications come into my helium app!

Georges acknowledged that I would need to assert my miners at my new locations, which would cost me about $10 each. What did he do? Well, he promptly sent me the HNT equivalent to my wallet, plus a little more to cover that expense.
