Rolac West Equipment Rentals Island (West Island)

We rented an excavator to do a big job in our backyard ourselves. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and we received excellent service. We had to cancel on the first weekend because of rain, and they were easy to accommodate. They helped us choose the right sized machine for the job, which is so important because we really didn’t know what to choose. We paid for 1 day, but they delivered the machine on Friday afternoon and picked it up only on the Monday afternoon! The delivery person gave us a little training on how to use the excavator and the whole weekend went flawlessly. They communicated well with me and called me when they had a concern that the digger I had chosen may be too small for the job. For the same price I got a larger digger.
When I arrived in the store, I did have to wait 15 minutes before the person could help me, but that was because he was helping someone else. I find that it was worth the wait and being a little patient! Thank you Rolac!!! Will do business there again!

My Toro wasn't moving any more, asked for an estimate, and expected the worst. They called within 48 hours, said that it was just an adjustment, and they fixed it and the tune up was done. Great place, nice people, I'm a customer for life now. Lots of good equipment for sale, and the rental business seems to be busy as well
