They take their time and treat it like their own. If anything is missed just let them know and they're right on top of it. You'll notice 90% of their clients have high-end cars, so that alone speaks volumes about the service.

I always had the impression that these places just charge more money for doing the same thing as an automatic wash. I was pleasantly surprised and I am not going back to the automatic washes. Keep up the good work!!
