The Movement

Carl is no regular fitness coach. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to his clients, he starts off by evaluating your strengths and weaknesses, which gives him a good assessment of what to work on. He listens to your needs and goals and finds different exercises to fulfill them. Very patient, motivating and encouraging, Carl demonstrates the exercises multiple times if need be and pushes his clients to the limit. He also gives great advise concerning nutrition. I'm more than satisfied with the results I'm seeing so far concerning my hips, my posture and my weight loss.

I am currently being trained by Carl for more than 1.5 years. He has brought me into the best shape than I could imagine.

He is patient and a real people person. He knows how to get the max out of me. He is one special guy.
