Only one complaint. 2 tellers only and only 1 open for reg. Masterc payments. Waited 4th in long line and served 1 1/2 hrs later.
Service though is polite.

I have visited the branch in month of Nov 2022 and despite of constructions and tough circumstances the staff was polite and cooperating to their best. Mean while I met one of personal banker Mr. Rakishan and he helped me to get BMO Day to Day services like bank account and some unsecured products, which were quick rapid and fast. I wish him and Bank BMO best of Luck and I recognize their services.
I must say that my experience with Bank was amazing.

The 2 staff members we worked with were capable, professional and extremely personable! The location is the far side of the mall, facing the Trans Canada (so we walked from the Brunswick entrance). Beyond that, your typical banking services and fees.
