Mistakes happen, but it is what a business does afterwards that will define the experience. When buying a bike for my son prior to a biking trip, there was a hiccup as a result of the store relocation that had just happened. This was a fairly expensive child's bike but hardly a large transaction for the world of bikes in general. However, Bicycles Quilicot went above and beyond to correct the problem, going so far as to send their employee to collect the bike from the distributor directly instead of risking shipping delays. The owner of the business personally apologized and we had the bike in hand in time for our trip. Overall, very pleased.
