I had to get 2 of my wisdom teeth urgently taken out. I've always been terrified of taking them out but after days of pain it needed to be done. I called Sunday at 9 am and got an appt at 12:45 the same day. Dr. Mackay and the dental hygienist were extremely nice. The hygienist kept a hand on my shoulder the whole time and made sure I didnt feel any pain. The doctor had a very soothing and calm voice. He explained what was happening the entire time. Both teeth took 30 minutes in total. At the end I was feeling very faint, they let me stay in the chair a couple of minutes and even put a cold towel on my forehead. As awful as the procedure is, I didn't feel and pain and they did everything they could to make it more pleasant.

Nobody likes a dental emergency but this is the best I could have ever hoped for.
Called the clinic in the middle of the night because I was in terrible pain. A person answered my call, not a machine, despite it being 3am on a Sunday. The operator gave me an appointment for the morning.
I came in and they took me in right away.
Dr Mackay diagnosed my issue, gave me the necessary prescriptions and referred me to a specialist within 15/20 minutes.
They emailed me the X-rays so I could share with my regular dentist and charged me only the necessary (being a Sunday urgent care visit I was expecting to be charged a fortune but they didn’t).
I am so impressed with the level of service, honesty and transparency of this clinic and Dr. Mackay. I am thinking of changing my regular dentist for this clinic.

I called on Monday afternoon to see if they could fix my high filling that was giving me a toothache, and they offered me an appointment within the hour. The staff was very nice and Dr. Mackay made me feel very comfortable and fixed my tooth right away. I am now out of pain thanks to the team here.
