Courteous and efficient service; a bit long waiting times.

My oven was not working so I called for an appointment. I am given a date almost two weeks later; I tell myself that in times of COVID it's a bit normal. So I make the appointment and describe the problem in detail and give the serial number of the device.

The technician arrives on time and is super friendly, professional and efficient. I am given a very reasonable estimate for the repair BUT the parts must be ordered; one to two weeks delay!

I find it a bit boring that despite my description of the problem that the technician did not come with the parts on hand or that the store does not have them in stock.

In short, great service; not fast.

Impeccable service, very fast, very courteous staff. The manager is a good listener, took the initiative quickly and fixed my problem within days. I highly recommend this company!
