(July 18, 2019, 12:55 am)Csenge Kolozsvari can change your life. This shared practice that she has sparked is not like any encounter I'd had with yoga before. I had always enjoyed it and found it refreshing, but never felt pulled to go deeper. With much care and attention, Csenge helped me attune to my body's needs and capacities and microgestures. Now, I have the techniques to feel a little better in my body each day, and can move through its difficulties without judgment. Thank you, Csenge, and all the other gentle creatures of yoga liquida.
