the service in itself was good. employees are really nice and helpful but the manager is extremely rude (shes there half the time). she doesn’t help, if you ask a question she’ll answer with a tone and she’s on her phone most of the time even the employees are more professional then her. i bought a cat there 2 years ago and i loved him. i was interested in buying a specific cat last week. the manager was SO rude to the animal and me so i came a back the next day to find she wasn’t there and the most any people helped me out. so i called YESTERDAY to see if the cat was still there i tried calling twice no one answered so the last time i called they finally answered and they told me he was still available i told them to save him for me. they said they will but when i came to pick him up he was gone i asked and they said they sold it. anyway the manager is an awful person but the employees are the nicest. overall its a nice place even if it seems unwelcoming and the animals are well treated.

They have kittens and puppies most of the time to be picked. The staff is friendly.

The service is friendly. Prices are reasonable. The store would benefit from a makeover. It feels tight and unwelcoming.
