Very friendly and fast service.

I came in the same day as I got my delivery notice.. Obviously the package wasn't there yet, but the driver didn't fill up the info so I couldn't know.. They offered to contact me when the package arrived so I wouldn't go there 4 times for nothing, which I really appreciated. Came back for the pick up later that day. Both time the service was great and they took the time to explain stuff to me and answer my questions. (mostly about why I got an empty delivery notice and a COD charge)

They know what they do and always smiling and have no attitudes at all. Post office work is very stressfull. So people has to understand why sometimes they can't smile .

I am sorry but I most strongly disagree with these reviews. I have visited this location often as I live nearby and worked in the office tower of Place Vertu for several years. Yesterday at 4:00 PM we brought a package and several Christmas cards to mail. When we arrived there were several people ahead of us - one with a LOT (maybe 15) parcels/boxes to mail plus another who had done the first part of preparing a package but was filling out the label. There was one young man working the counter and he was MARVELLOUS. He got through the parcels as quickly as he could and then passed the others very quickly. I have often joked about the post office being unable to find Place du Canada and am well aware of the criticism they get - but this young guy is MARVELLOUS. He kept smiling AND KEPT US SMILING. Thank you!
