The enrollment officer was very helpful and friendly in providing me all the answers to my questions in order to make an informative decision about taking the course I completed. He promptly replied to my emails and assisted me with any issue I had. I very much appreciate his patience.
The course I completed was very organized and well presented for someone who may not have had a background in the topic. The instructor is very knowledgeable and in the field with many years of experience and always replied online in the discussion area for the students if they had any questions throughout the course. I believe the money paid was a reasonable amount and well worth it.
