My ebd couch is a dream! Such good value for such a comfortable and beautiful piece. The wait was long but I was advised as such, and it was absolutely worth it. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process, they even included a handwritten thank you upon delivery :)

We love the look, love the fabric, and the fit in our living room! So far, we're happy about the product. It's a sofa-bed, and a visiting friend had a good night sleep on the mattress.
The only thing that makes me put a 4 out ot 5 is that it took longer than 16 weeks to get the delivery, and EDB didn't contact us about our delivery until the very end. On the other hand, they always answered my questions very promptly and diligently, and I appreciated that.

It was a very positive experience shopping at Element de Base. Great quality couches. Thien gave great explanation about the individual components and craftsmanship, and guided us very pleasantly through the choices, which immensely helped the decision-making. The delivery coordination and drop-off was excellent. We will certainly return to shop more at this place!

Really great value and design - they don't have hundreds of different lines/designs - but the ones they do are really beautiful. The fabrics are great (excellent section) and the construction is excellent.

They were able to meet pretty tight delivery times, during the busy holiday season and were great with delivery and installation. Really got an amazing set of furniture at a really reasonable price - with great service. Highly recommend!
