(December 16, 2021, 8:10 pm)INCREDIBLE customer service from Leon! I had a defective Zoom H5 recorder, and Leon was super fast to respond to my emails, and sent me a replacement unit very quickly. An amazing team over here, I can't recommend them enough!
(November 24, 2021, 7:04 pm)Most impressive customer service I have experienced, especially it was the rep Leon who helped me. Zoom got back to my e-mail quickly and answered all my questions. Sent my defective unit in and got it back within a week. I wish all customer services were like Zoom.
(November 22, 2020, 8:53 pm)Wonderful experience with the team. Customer service was great, they were accommodating, professional and knew what they were talking about. I had a minor issue with my TC Helicon pedal and they fixed it at a fair price considering I had no more warranty on it. No issues with the pedal so far.. Definitely recommend!

However, Intellimix caught that my warranty should have been for longer when I first registered the product, corrected and extended my warranty, and then made the repairs within a very quick turnaround time. Very impressed with the service I received.
