(April 16, 2019, 2:05 pm)I purchased a Lumie light and it has just been a little over 2 years and it just quit... I called Northernlights and they told me sorry were just distributors and to contact Lumie in the UK myself. This website looked like the light was made in Canada. I assumed they would look after the product seeing as they are selling it and telling people they have warranty. For the cost of this product I would not recommend buying it for me it worked out to 100.00 per year. No customer service if you have a problem.
UPDATE: Since contacting Lumie in UK they told me it was most likely the fuse and Northern Lights is sending me a fuse and a new top for my Lumie....so happy as I love this light. Thank you Rachel for the help. -

(January 12, 2016, 9:42 pm)Le 24 décembre j'ai parlé à Cheryl chez Northern Light Technologies qui m'a permis de sauver 200$ grâce à son honnêteté et sa gentillesse.
J'avais visité un "autre magasin" très très connu qui vend des lampes de luminothérapie comme la mienne la "Travelite". Après vérification de mes néons que je croyais brûles on m’annonce que je serais obligé de changer ma lampe.
Le concurrent me confirme que Northern Light Technologies à bel et bien un bureau à Montréal mais que de toute façon leur technicien me chargerait 100$ de l'heure et que la pièce défectueuse un ballast ne pouvait pas se commander.
Surprise, Cheryl chez Northern Light Technologies me confirme que la pièce se commande et que je serais capable "moi-même" de la changer.
Elle a commandé la pièce le 24 décembre et celle-ci m'a été livrée "à la maison" le 5 janvier 2016.
Merci Cheryl de votre gentillesse, débrouillardise et honnêteté.
Je recommande chaudement Northern Light Technologies à qui je donne une note de 5 étoiles et si vous appelez saluer Cheryl de ma part.
