I prefer using smaller family owned businesses because we understand each others day to day battles and can relate. Knowing the persons name on the other end of the phone is great.
They sold us our first solvent printer (540 SG) and also provide the maintenance for my machine as well as next day shipping on all of the consumables. Nick has always helped me resolve all of my challenges in a timely and professional manner each time.
My company is located 2 hours away in Merrickville @Coba Studios & Print Shop - for reference.
