Can't say enough positive things about Naima and Premium Soccer! Despite some tough circumstances, Naima was upfront about her options and found a way to deliver a beautiful new Canada jersey ahead of this year's World Cup.

Had a wonderful customer service experience. I went in looking for turf cleats (which were out of stock) but upon entering Moe was extremely kind to help.

He suggested a few options and was super helpful.

I hope I get the cleats next time.

Premium Soccer has been our soccer cleats provider for the last couple of years. They have lots of choices and we were always satisfied with our purchase. We encountered quality issue with our last purchase and Premium Soccer were wonderful at assisting us through our claim process with the brand company. Communication with them was excellent and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. I recommend this site to anyone who are looking for great products but also, for excellent customer service!

We ordered a ball from this store and to no fault of theirs it was faulty. The customer service we received was above and beyond and we had a replacement ball in the mail the next day! Staff were so pleasant and helpful. I was so impressed that we are stopping into the store on our way out east from Toronto! Definitely recommend you check it out!!

Beautiful beautiful store! Basically offer all the new football boots and and equipment you'd need. Only thing is we came and no one helped us or was at the front of the store for a solid 15 minutes which was kind of awkward.
