The manager Joseph is just amazing and he is a very nice person.

I visited the store in St-Laurent and met a wonderful and amazing manager named Jospeh. Joseph took care of everyone of my needs, spent an our moving around different pieces of a couch to make sure that it would fit comfortably in our condo. He went above and beyond. And to top it all off the acquisition had to happen at another store so he didn't get credit for it. He did this as a top class employee knowing that he would not make any commission.
I highly recommend this store and to visit Joseph for any of your furniture or couch accommodations. He is by far one of the best managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any industry.
Furthermore the prices at RD are the best I've seen in the US and in Canada online. I highly recommend.

At first I was very sceptical about this store (based on reviews), but decided to give it a try. They sell both new and used items. I bought a new sectional from them and a box spring. The prices were very competitive for the style of the sectional. In addition, I received a great service from Sylvain, he was very patient, no pressure at all, and overall great guy. Plus delivery on the house. The delivery went smooth, on time. Let's see how the couch performs, overall satisfied so far.
