S & S Conversions

This was my first time contacting S&S conversion. I just had an installation of a home humidifier, thermostat, water heater, and today a new heat pump. I was very pleased with the quality equipment offered, the service and the installation. I can tell they are quite knowledgeable with Carrier equipment. Prices are quite reasonable. I plan to deal with them again when comes time for the annual maintenance of my new equipment.

After delivering on 40 years of service, it was finally time to bid adieu to our beloved Carrier system. She heated our home through some of the coldest and toughest winters and lasted far longer than anyone could have ever expected.
Finding a company that was not overwhelmed by her geriatric beauty (and wiring) was a chore until we contacted S&S Conversions. They were the only company that confidently gave an estimate. The representative was professional, very knowledgeable and took time to explain what our options were and answer all the questions that we had. After the consultation, we were left feeling secure.
Soon after our consultation, we had S&S Technicians in our home installing the new system. The team that functioned like a smooth-running machine; they are fast and work in a very orderly fashion. Before we knew it, our old system was out the door (may she rest in pieces), and our new Carrier system was installed in all her wonderful 21st century glory.
Overall, we had an exceptional experience from the initial consultation the installation and then follow-up. We highly recommend their service whether you are looking for a new system or a trusted Technician.

The first installation we had with this company, four years ago, was excellent. When we needed to replace our second unit this summer we called them right away and are not disappointed. Stephane, who installed the unit, was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. My husband, a retired contractor, inspected the work and was very impressed. Your technician came over within an hour of my initial call. Our air-conditioning system was not working and on a day reaching over 30 degrees, this was a crucial situation. The technician was very pleasant, polite and knew exactly what the issue was, and fixed it very quickly. He even checked our forced air heating system while he was here. Job well done!

Just had S & S replace my old AC with a new Carrier one. The service was excellent. They came when they said they would. The workmen put down tarps leading to the furnace room to keep the floors clean before they started work. everyone on the team was pleasant & polite. They answered all my questions and showed me how to clean my new unit every spring. they worked non-stop until the job was done, and left the house as cleaners it was when they came in. I will definitely use them in the future for all my heating and cooling needs. thanks to Josh & his team for a job very well done.
