Things took a turn for the worse when I was out of town and didn't pay Sam instantly!
He threatened to double my bill and demanded cash vs the e-transfer we had agreed on.
Very very rude behaviour from both him AND his wife. I hadn't even seen the invoice and his wife refused to text me the total after sending me the email address for an e-transfer. Very strange behaviour from a trades person. He even showed up at my house to bother the tenants.
He did the work Saturday. On Wednesday he called me demanding I send my assistant to meet him right then. I'm not interested in ripping him off. All I wanted was to be able to pay e-transfer, as agreed.

We had an emergency on a Saturday and he arrived by noon. He took care of the situation and as far as I can tell charged a very fair price. I would recommend Sam The Plumber!
