If it's your first time going here, definitely get directions ahead of time. The entrance and loading bay are located on the complete opposite side of the building and not very well marked.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
There is only one loading bay - there was no delay at all during pickup or return - everything was simple and straightforward.
