Had a great experience with Ultra Air. Over the summer we hired Ultra Air for a large project. They cleaned 87 dryer ducts over a period of 4 days for 2 condo buildings. The cleaning team took the time to clean every single dryer ducts (did not cut corners). The cleaning team took extra time to clean some of the condos that had massive build up of lint. They were promt, followed instructions, experienced professionals, and flexible. Vicky is a great director. She found a great cleaning team to take on this project and deliver as per our expectation. She is very professional, prompt and goes above and beyond to accomedate the client and gets the job done. Definetly recommended Ultra Air!

I had my ducts in my condo cleaned for the first time today. Excellent service from beginning to end. Easy booking my appointment with Mr.Allen. The technician who performed the service was very polite and professional. He was able to answer all my questions. He left the premises as clean as he found them. His name is Christian. I highly recommend this company and their technician.
Neighbours have claimed to have excellent service from UltraAir technicians. Unfortunately, my experience was an unpleasant and mistrustful one. I do appreciate the rapid response from Ultra Air and I will wait for the customer representative to contact me before posting the details of my experience as a sign of courtesy to the organization.
UPDATE (October, 30 2020):
As a result of my initial unpleasant experience, Ultra Air quickly responded with integrity, professionalism, and a sense of accountability. Mistakes will happen, but there's reason that some companies have been in business for decades. They completely rectified the situation. How they chose to show up as a result of my complaint is a reflection of who they truly are as an organization. I can't dismiss a company that chose to respect their client. Kudos to the customer service I received!
