When your looking for quality meats (fresh and homemade) you’ve come to the right place!! Johnny the owner is the main man who knows his meat business and can give advice on helping you make your sausages or other homemade cured meats ...my mom and I buy all our pork meat for homemade sausages....they weigh all the ingredients, so all you have to do is mix and dry them!!
If you looking for cheap prices...go somewhere else...like they say, “ you pay for what you get”!!
