I called Frank and his team just prior to the Christmas holidays. I was really concerned about one specific blind as it was stained with construction residue. Not only was his team fast, but the job was impeccable. They took great care in cleaning our blinds and everything came out looking like new. We will definitely come back!

The string in my horizontal blinds needed replacing. It was about to break. I called this place and left a message. Minutes later Frank called me back. Polite, friendly and professional in the questions he asked about my issue. I brought him my blinds on a Thursday and he said they would be ready the following week. All good for me. To my surprise I got a call from Frank saying they were ready, the following day. Great customer service all around.
