(March 21, 2021, 12:38 pm)I have had the chance to participate in yoga Nidra a few times. Nidra yoga allows powerful healing, guided by Ms. Lebreton. The content is very relevant and makes sense to the participants.

She guides us to the sound of her calm and reassuring voice all it takes is to lie on the ground with a blanket and here the journey begins. Its sessions are relaxing but much more it is a journey into our own interior. As she says, we decide. I therefore recommend Brigitte, she will be able to accompany you.
