Not my last.... but to this location it might be.
Messy layout... the items were not shelved.
Staff was missing and seemed you go in circles looking for help.
Needs some work to get it up to par. -

Now I get to do the same thing with the next generation. A Canadian institution, I can't think of Christmas without thinking of saving like Scrooge.
