I have been a Funio reseller for around 5 years. Whenever I have needed help they have responded quickly and have solved the problem. Actually, it seems to me that response time has even improved lately. I have no hesitation in recommending Funio.

Funio has been overall very good ... but Funio has gone offline twice in 6 months. Down for extended periods of time. UPDATE: in 2020, Funio finished upgrading their system and it has been flawless. So I am raising me star rating.
