A fully professional and quality services were provided. The inspection was started on time, all the details were explained verbally within inspection time, also all the areas required to pay specific attentions or future repair were brough up to take action. I had a very good feeling that the inspector (Mr. Sharifzadeh) cared about every single visible sections to inspect from basement to the roof. The final written inspection report was also having detailed break down including all actions and recommendations to follow.
