Ameublement Frontenac

My washing machine did not work well, I have a lot of laundry in it ... the gentleman helped me on the phone because he could not come that day ... he gave me very good advice and I was able to arrange my device! It’s not the first time he’s helped me this way; he was very patient and courteous. It has become rare for people like that these days!

My fridge broke down in the middle of summer. I went to Ameublement Frontenac with the intention of buying a new one. The owner offered instead to change a small room and repair- by myself but with his very very patient help! - my fridge It functioned. I avoided throwing a device still functional, but especially impressed by the generosity and honesty of this gentleman! Encourage his business, his service is so rare in our neighborhood! Thank you!

Wow ... that's 2x I do business with Mr. Robert ... he is very patient, honest and generous in his services.

I incisted, but he did not want to sell me some model of washer on the occasion he had in store, just on principle that he does not like the brand ... he rather proposed to come to my home help me repair mine and he made me a price that I consider very competitive! ... the guy knows this stuff very well!

I bought a fridge from him in 2015 ... he is clean and always works great!

I believe that this gentleman is of good heart and that it is for this reason that he is always in business after more than 30 years!
